Nothing, Curtiss-Ryan Honda does nothing to protect employees of violence in the workplace. I had in my 14.5 yrs there several issues with violent co-workers and every time the company turned a blind eye to every situation. Not only did I explain in full how I was bullied, but in a place full of cameras and others witnessing the violence displayed towards me the company chose to not do anything. Time and time again I was made to feel like I couldn’t even say anything to certain individuals that were “above” any rules that are put in place by the laws of the state of Connecticut to protect people that suffer from violence inflicted by other employees. I had whole situations turned around on me to make me out to be an aggressor when I was instead just a victim of a company that would not support me when these instances occurred. Management constantly looked away and let certain individuals do and say whatever they would like including one time a guy asked, and tried several times to make me get into a physical confrontation so I would be terminated in front of ten or more people. Yet the management of this company did nothing to this individual. Over and over I was bullied by a few co workers, but yet the company would do nothing to protect me and my rights. What a world we live in where people can act out like this and keep their jobs while I get terminated for no reason at all. Unbelievable on every instance of how I was unprotected from a company I devoted my life to and made tons of money for, not from.

Never ever apply for a job there! The best advice I would give someone about this place. To say that it was a joke would be the biggest understatement of my life. Complete incompetence on every level. Not one person cares for anyone else in that company. Never ever would I suggest a job or any business for anyone from them!

Working there at all! Also, staying there and working hard as I possibly could for a company not willing to protect my rights. Constant bullying from people that were vets and being CCDL holders I was taunted constantly to start a physical confrontation, and when I did not, nothing happened to said individuals! How is that justified? Well, I ended up unemployed while these aggressive individuals still work there! How is any of that protecting the rights of an employee? I guess I should have let myself get hurt by someone to let the company see that I was being bullied so they couldn’t turn a blind eye to my situations there as they did!

Everyday..... Could not move forward in this company unless you were family of the management or owners. Constantly bullied, never taking action against people acting like aggressors on every occasion. Some co workers with obvious aggressive actions against myself were praised instead of fired. Lost my job for no reason, when I had multiple situations to which I was bullied, and the company turned against me. I have never felt so descriminated against in my life and hope to find legal help against all the trouble I went through while I was an employee there. Never ever in my life would I think that I would feel trapped and in fear daily of the actions of co workers against me to the point that I couldn’t stand that I had to work so hard for people that would not protect me in situations that termination of others would come into play, but yet in the end I lost my job for nothing, and the aggressors towards me, well they still work there!

I was reprimanded for staying quiet and was bullied constantly to which the company turned every situation around on me, making me look as if I was the guilty party. They would never take action against those that bullied me constantly. This was an everyday occurrence

Nothing, worst place ever to work
