I love this. Much success of Chic-Fil-A is being attributed to them training their team to make sure they take the time to say "please" and "thank you". A little old fashion manners can go a long way as we look to bring more civility and kindness to one another. I know as a customer I definitely return to the places that smile and take an extra few seconds to be kind.

How about you? Do you have good experience at how manners helped you at your job, or how manners on the other side of the counter helped you return as a customer as well?

With the sense that the “customer is always right” to an extent. As long as they’re being respectful of my employees I give them 100% respect and try to fix the problem in the restaurants before they go anywhere else.

Very great at handling any situation that arrises. In high volume restaurants or fast paced offices- I’m very good with direction; giving it and receiving it. Thanks!

So thankful to have started my career with the Marriott Corporation. They are 100% about outstanding Customer Service. I then spent many years training others in the Hotel Division on what is expected and what it takes to bring the guests back. I cherished those years and use my attained knowledge and experience to this day.
