The fist thing í Did,is lisent the Costumer, i doing all time,shows they are importan, and puten all atention and i let they talk,and taech me ,what they want,because Costumer are most important for busines and all tha they said are important

Never work for someone who talks about their employees constantly behind their back,or work for a boss who is disrespectful to you in front of customers and vice versa

Today I finally understood I have to step up to the plate not given. When I notice situation that are easily fixed I can't help but think just correct the mistake and stop wasting time. I have to remind myself of my role of a crew member and let the manager handle the issue. Yes I do make handle small reasonable issue myself to make custom happy. But today Im glad I stayed longer the schedule as I had to take control of a unhappy custom claerly voicing her complaint with reasonable questions. My manager avoiding the problem and relating communication to a crew member to custom right in front of customer. I can tell the issue was getting a step higher as customer became more upset. I talked to the customer apologize and listen to her without interruption. Offer her a drink while she waited. I keep a small talk while still working and turns out we knew each other. She walked out happy and most of all still a customer , telling her next time look if I'm here and I'll take care of you as she replied I'll just say "I need to speak with Abraham". Other have told me how this manager is unable to take charge and control shifts. Today I seen and was able to make my own opinion of him.
