I actually loved it. helping with the customers and trouble shooting that was all me the biggest thing was learning how to deal with the customers that was angry and sometimes you have to take in the fact that there not mad at you there just mad at the situation that they are in.

The reason I left KFC on Mansfield Road was because. Our register's was down.And I had to take orders.I t was a Monday chicken fried steak day.And the management that we had on our team that morning had called me a retarded b****.I had gotten our adding Machine and Peace's of paper and was writing numbers for each order I took.Her and her boyfriend was arguing in the back of our store on the phone.Orders got stacked.She was my front line pack.And orders was coming to fast.I was ,over my head.

We were slammed 1 day with a lot of special events, so all employees were working the events. I either gave a customer the incorrect change or I dropped a large bill.

It was a customer that got angry with me for doing my job. Well, 3 customers and their following. The attacked me. 1 of them made me airborne and I landed hard. American Parking has made several policy changes since then and they are good changes.
