well as know you times are different than what it used to be like. Customers like to get in out quickly, you still have to make them happy. People today aren't that friendly and complain over the smallest things.,so how are you supposed to get the consumer of today happy or even relate to them on how customer service works even when trying to make them happy?

What I really liked about that job is that I always made sure customers left satisfied.. knowing that a customer is satisfied due to my work makes me feel like I have accomplished a goal. I love communicating with others which also helps a lot in all my previous jobs, being a team player and also being social always gives me opportunities for better positions.

I have an unanswered question of an on going incident.

Whether I am clerking in a department store, or taking orders at a counter, or bringing the food to your table. What in the world is up with y'all of being such tyrants, spoiled brats, ignorant pains in the asses? Whether I am your server, or even more personal your Butler or valet there should be margin of respect coming from the likes of you. Many a times I have experienced a lot of you throwing your temper trantums that rival those coming from a two year old child. Almost all of us in the "service industry" we do give a freaking damn about having happy customers, it as I said y'all seem to use us as being your personal slappy clown punching bag to vent out your frustrations. I also am away from my home, I got a life outside of the service industry, I also have journeyed many a miles and spent many minutes if not hours in grid lock to get to work to serve you, and to tolerate your trantums cause there is one grain of sugar to much in the sugar packet, or your bitching cause the coffee is hot, or your miffed cause your order was delivered EXACTLY how you requested it but you're the one who clearly doesn't know how to order from a menu and its all the service person s fault of your decision. Like what are you on some freaking weird ass mission of making another persons life a hell for the lack of something else better to do with your time? Many a times of witness to you peoples weirdness, one lady ordered her meal, sat and looked at it for 20 minutes with out so much as eating a thing, then came up into my face bitching to me and raising a riot that her meal was cold as if it was stored in the freezer prior to being served. Or another who left her hand bag in her car but instead of looking there calls in the police and accuses a fellow employee of stealing it. Besides y'all we also have hard days after doing a double shift of flinging trays of plated food or pulling a double shift during the holidays cause we have to cover for our fellow employee who had to have a surgery, of course after a ten hour day and being on our feet for nine hours straight we are gonna be kinda of tired and sounding a little grumpy. Or your lovely ones who choose not to learn or speak English but yet come to an all English speaking business, then raising a stink about the staff being unable to understand your jibberish requests. I know we live in terroristic times with drive by shootings and murders in the alleys, what has surprised me is so far we haven't had a clerk go postal on your ass while your making a spectacle of being a pain in the ass. Figure out yet why a lot of us wished you'd just stay home, or go elsewhere. Its not that hard to reason why. So answer my question, why do y'all act like that in public?
