Location: 14155 Newbrook Drive Chantilly VA 20151 Shift: M – F, 8am – 5pm Pay Rate: $10.75/hr Duration: 2-month contract with a possibility of going perm depending on performance

Tentative Start Date: 06/19/2017

Role/Requirements: Mail Room support in our Chantilly, VA office. Requires time standing, print processing, envelope stuffing (both machine & manual) and sending out to USPS. Additionally, email quality control support will be needed with lists, testing and approval for deployment.

looking for a job in warehouse production,can do light data entry as well,been out of a job for too long and would like to have one soon.

Does anyone personally own a company who is looking to hire for customer service, data entry, etc for a remote position? Does anyone on here live in NYC and need a nanny?

I am looking currently for a part time job. I have two years customer service experience and babysitting. I know Quickbooks and am proficient with the English language and computer.

Okay, seriously I am not asking for advice, I just want to vent about this. Just this last Wednesday, I drove an hour to a job interview, I got there with 15 minutes to spare, I get to the door where I spent 10 minutes waiting for the receptionist to let me in ( I had to be buzzed in). I sign in and notice I had like 5 minutes to sign in and the receptionist leaves to go get the person who was supposed to interview me at 1:00 PM. at 1:05 PM another person wandered into the Lobby and asked me if I was being helped, and I said yes, I was here for an interview at 1:00 PM, he then goes to search for the person I need to interview with. Person number three came up behind me and scared the wits out of me asking if I had been helped. By now its 1:15 PM. I'm still in the lobby until 1:25 when someone FINALLY comes in and says to go with them to be interviewed. The woman in question was nice and polite, asked me how I felt about customer service and call center work. I was firm but polite and told her that I had applied for the Data Entry position because of my skill set and where my strengths are best placed. She then tries to ask me what I liked and didn't like about Customer Service and I asked about the Data Entry position she looked at me like I couldn't handle the typing and even told me that I had to be able to type 45 words per minute. I countered politely that I type 56 words per minute with a 98% accuracy. So at around 2:15 she takes me to have a typing test. Which I aced and even did better than expected. 61 wpm/98% rating. Afterwards she starts discussing the schedule, the dress code, benefits and 401K, etc... Anyway, so with that done she has me fill out an application which contained a consent form for a background check. Which to be fair I thought maybe I had gotten the job?... Also the person I was SUPPOSED to interview with, was too busy to see me, about the job I applied FOR. When I left at 3:00 PM I drive an hour back home and I realized I just spent 4 hours of my day to get a "We'll be in touch, as we are reviewing other candidates." I was in that interview for 2 hours and all I got was a "We'll be in touch." I think my favorite part of that whole thing was when the woman told me to finish filling out the application and to turn it face down on the conference room table and then SHOW MYSELF OUT.

I am so angry and so frustrated. Companies need to put themselves in the shoes of the person who is looking for a job. We are tired, exhausted, frustrated, stressed, and we (the job seekers) are putting on a smile and putting our best foot forward.

Determine if faxes must be uploaded stateside or if can be forwarded for offshore processing. Upload stateside faxes into multiple Aetna systems; Documentation of confirmations from proper uploads.
