More Advocacy for Whistleblowers - More Experience Workers/Employees being Abuse by Less Experience Leadership Not Valued or Appreciated but Less Experience Employees Appreciate - Valued by Less Experienced Leadership.
Having had over 25 year of Federal Government & State & County DSS MD & Virginia- Benefits was Not Valued over Less Experienced recent College Grads - that Leadership felt more comfortable with & continue to plague the Agency in a Negative way .
First & Foremost Leadership too Young to ensure adequate Mandatory Training such as EEO Training, Whistle Blower Protection that happen with me personally held me accountable by ending my Term Position - later terminated my First Line Supervisor & Director when as a Whistleblower - Protection was Not give & Negative Action taken. At age 65 had over six & a half years 3/2012-11/2018 missed out on my RETIREMENT.
DC Government Needs Closer Look into Agencies wrong doing against people especially in my Case - A Whistleblower Violated Coverup by Leadership.
More thorough Background investigations needed to avoid possibilities of harm to individuals - Workplace Violence having - High Profile Individuals on Staff.
DC Needs to mirror the City Demographics as DC is NO Longer the Chocolate City!
Time for Change & Closer Oversight Especially when Federal Dollars are involved.

Closer Oversight over Government EEO- Look into Agencies with High Turnover - Upper Management Mandatory Psychiatrist Evaluation - Mental Health Evaluation to avoid Abuse of Power, High Turn Over -Eliminate Possibilities of Workplace Violence- Mental Competency for Safety - Victim Rights.
More Mandatory Annual Training via Human Resources to reduce Violations EEO.
