I would tell someone interested in working at Debonair Financial to have a good attitude. Be polite, on time and keep track of everything that's relevant to them. If one is looking for a wonderful experience and learning new accountant skills this will definitely work for them.

There was a client on their way and I was under the impression I had misplaced a folder I had a melt down, due to it being someone else's information that I'm responsible for come to find out it was in my boss office and I was so relieved when he brought it to me.

The most stressful day was the ending of tax season and saying goodbyes to those I built a relationship with.

When a co-worker got angry with me it was due to a emotional misunderstanding and a payment not distributed in full. I was financially shorthanded at essentially sixty bucks. I just let the person know that their was error and my colleague blew up. I remained calm, I didn't take it personal I heard them out and actively supported their opinion by listening. We found out it was simply a mix up with dates and asked each other not to be angry with one another and if one was offended that wasn't the intention.

I loved working at Debonair Financial and being apart of helping someone make their dreams come true, and doing what I love being of service I was so stoked even more so about the position in the company.
