Completed taking order then hitting wrong button and losing the order. Had to call customer back and take order again and of course apologize for mistake.

Week before Christmas very hecktic due to last minute fruit basket orders and customers not allowing enough time for deliveries and had to pay extra for over night delivery.

Customer was upset because some of the fruit in fruit basket had over rippined in transit and to satisfy customer received authorization to send another one over night and free of charge.

Everyone worked together to get job done. Knew nothing about this business and all Coworkers helped to train and gain knowledge of the business. Also the owners visited and made you feel welcomed.
