It's was good my first couple of weeks I moved up fast to quality control within my (first three days) I'm not sure if it was my leadership skills or necessity. I liked that I was able to insure a product that my child loves was at or above standards..But things changed........

At the time, what made me stay was the fact that i needed a steady paycheck to meet obligations that i had at the time. And at first i enjoyed the position as QA supervisor, with the mindset of making a difference. But as time went on, the management team was not in anyway dealing with things in a proffessional manner. So i saw a lot of frivolity (which means lack of seriousness). And i didn't fit their mold so the ended my employment and pinned on being late twice. And i will throw this out there that RTD is hiring operators, and mechanics and they have a 2000 sign on bonus.
