I was getting my PUA benefits but they have stopped. The PUA portal claim benefit says open issues but theyre not listed. Ive uploaded my credentials. I have contacted the customer service call center....they want my social security card now but the SSA offices are closed and I cant get my replacement card online because I dont have a birth certificate. Sounds like you were denied the first two weeks of qualifying for benefits. Most states take two weeks before granting benefits. Keep filing each week and you should start receiving monies again.
