Stress will get the best of you if you let it but I don't. If I get stressed I sit and take a couple of deep breaths, relax and go on doing my job.

If you are looking for a good school district Des Arc is it. I love working for Des Arc. Great teachers, great supervisor and great coworkers. We all work together to make it a great districts, including our parents.

Quitting. I wish I had rode out my storm and stayed I would have already had almost 25 yrs in. I have driven every route in the district. I love students. I drive the special needs bus now and it is very rewarding. I LOVE MY JOB.

There isn't a lot of drama because most everyone gets along if we do have a problem we work it out
