So. Jobcase is an open-access platform. This is a big deal, because this means that employers can search and find your worklife profile and offer you jobs before you even start looking. Or you could be invited to join a closed group that supports you the way Unions used to. Or lots of other great stuff.
But.
Sometimes you might get messages from folks that you would rather not hear from. Don't worry - we've got your back here with a 'block-feature'. All you have to do is look for the 3 dots next to their name on an incoming message (in jobcase-mail you'll see the picture and name on an incoming message and in the top right corner a "..." ). Click on 'block user' and no more messages will be received by you from that user.

Starting today - every jobcaser who checks the 'veteran' button on their profile in myinfo section will have an American flag displayed along with their profile picture.
Jobcase is about Jobcasers helping Jobcasers - all of us. But as Memorial Day nears, it reminds us of the special debt we all have to our brave Veterans. So many have stepped up with enormous courage over the last couple decades, and so many are still unemployed or underemployed. We hope helping to highlight them will make it just a bit easier for employers to find and engage them.

If you find yourself on a site looking for - or applying to - a job that jobcase powers, all your activity will automatically be kept of you in your jobcase.
Even cooler for you, if you have other sites that you like which are not powered by us - CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster, etc.) then go ahead and link it and we'll grab your info there so you can watch whats happening from one easy place - your Jobcase activity report. And you can always get back to those accounts with one click.
ITs all about making managing current jobs and finding new jobs easier for you. Putting all your info in one place is an obvious first step.
Just go to "MYINFO" and click on "Profile Settings" - it will prompt you to link accounts that are great service providers like those stated above.

Did you learn something useful from another person’s company review? Love the amazing company photo a Jobcaser just uploaded? Don’t keep it to yourself – let other Jobcasers know it was helpful to you by upvoting it!
To upvote, login to your account and clicking ‘Companies’ in the navigation menu. Search the company and click on the location that had the great review you wanted to upvote. Scroll down to the ‘Review’ section and click the thumbs up symbol to upvote a review.
Want to upvote a photo? When you’re on the company’s page, scroll down to the “Photos” section. Click on the photo you like, and click the blue thumbs up symbol under the bottom of the photo.
You need to send your resume to someone right now – we’ve all been there. With Jobcase, you can message your resume to anyone with an email address or phone.
Here’s how to do it: Login to your account. In the navigation menu, select ‘Send a Resume’. Enter the email address of the person you’d like to send your resume to. You can upload your resume from your computer file, OR use the resume from your Jobcase profile. Hit ‘Submit’ and you’re done!
Did you have a good experience working with another Jobcaser? Want to showcase a friend’s skills? Do you think your boss deserves a shout-out? Then go ahead and Praise them!
Just login to your account and click ‘People’ in the navigation menu. Enter the name of the person you’d like to praise, then click on their profile. You’ll see a big button that says ‘Praise’ to the right of the profile or scroll down to find it if you’re on mobile. Click on it, and let the world know why that person is awesome!
Whether it’s of the building or a company event, photos are a great way to give other Jobcasers the, well, big picture of what it’s like to work at your company!
To load a picture of your workplace, login to your account and click ‘Companies’ in the navigation menu. Enter the name of the company you work for, then click on its location on the next page. Click ‘Add Photo’ on the page. You can then select and submit your photo.
