Hi Karen,

I would suggest reading through some reviews to get a better understanding about Baptist Health culture and atmosphere! Please click the link to view reviews: https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Baptist-Health/reviews?ftopic=paybenefits

Been there a few times. The staff seemed to be polite and in good spirits.

It's best when you know someone who has worked there for 30 years, or you have family work their. Otherwise you won't get anywhere. If you want advancement opportunity, look no further than puckering up those lips and going to town on a few upper management asses.

The work is rough, they display ergonomics awards from over a decade ago that are no longer relevant for the products they are making. They treat employees like they owe the company for working there. The HR department doesn't know what they are doing in the least. During my time there I constantly had to remind the troll that works up there that company policy does not supercede state law in regards to workers rights.

The facility is relatively clean. The people are halfway decent if you don't talk to many people. Don't get friendly, it's a lie, people do that to find info and spread gossip.

If you miss the good old days of rumor mills and he said she said than look no further than this den of mystery and depression where they video record every waking moment of your work day because its their best way of keeping you on a nice tight leash, which is where they want you.

10/10 would not recommend, maybe if you are a masochist with no self respect.
