I am currently in a situation where I was working roughly about 52 hours a weak which was fine with me I enjoyed the money. But I got into an argument with one of the employees at an amazon warehouse where I was working she didn't have correct credentials to get into the building. So I didn't let her as that is my Job as security. I was removed from cite without being spoken to by the amazon big wigs and shoved into a position that only gives 20 hours a weak, I have now not been able to pay rent and have also had to give up my vehicle as I could not pay for it any longer. To know that you work for a company that does not care whatsoever for there own employees opinion on any situation and remove then from a stable place of work is simply not a company you would want to work for. Not only did I explain to the higher ups about the situation where I was not in the wrong and doing my job accordingly they simply did not care nor take any heed on going from 52 hours a weak down to 20. Why would anyone want to work for a company that does not care about there own employees company.

I have been in the car business for over 14 years. I admit 11 of those Years were fair and worth it, but the last job was Discriminatory. They have been training me for Inventory while my job title was Lot Attendant. I did not mind being cross trained, but when the Inventory Manager quit, they put another clueless individual for the job instead of me. I had to train him from scratch, and he just doesn’t learn on doing things on his own sometimes. I can tell the owner’s son hates me so much he doesn’t see the good things I do for the company and instead, criticizes me for a wrong doing. I believe I was undeservedly fired

It's hard to find a job when you have Autism. No company seems willing to train me and give me a shot. It's so frustrating!

I really do hate that we have to apply for jobs so much online. First of all, I have some real issues with some of the questions asked....age, race, disability, now you think these type of questions wouldn't be asked to no have an appearance or opening for discrimination, but it is easier now more than ever to discriminate. After you have tossed my resume/application aside since you now know I am a Black female with disability? What ground do I have to even make a claim? Then you put your personal information in the system over and over and over and over to access a job opening....the job is closed....what happened to all your personal information. I though a big city like St Louis would do better than that. I will probably never get honest consideration for my skills.

DO NOT DO IT!! We were treated like we were indentured slaves, and talked down to like we were the dumbest creatures on Earth. Thinking about a promotion or advancement was quickly discouraged. There were FOUR people that I trusted - one Location Manager, one Lot Manager, one Lead Driver, and one lady that worked in the office. We had to ASK to take our breaks and our Meal Break. There was ONE bathroom for 20 women and men to use. We were "clocked" on how long it took us to get a vehicle from the service lot to the airport lot, and getting a returned car back to the service lot. This led to speeding and other unsafe driving that resulted in at least two accidents. If there wasn't a specific vehicle at the Airport, the Sales Agents blamed us for not knowing what they needed for reservations. I was a 60 year old openly Gay man, but I was called FAG (and much worse) in English and Spanish numerous times. I was falsely accused of: damaging vehicles twice, of lying to a Manager, accused three times of calling a Manager-In-Training a CT, a BH , and a W**E, accused of stealing company property and customer items that had been left in a vehicle, told to cover up a tattoo on my upper arm when others with tattoos were not, told I could not wear an earring when other men wore multiple earrings, told to do something other than my job and the person that told me denied doing it, and always was the person that was told to stay late because "you don't have a family to get home to". We were given 20 days notice that our jobs were being Contracted out, and that we had to apply and be interviewed for our jobs by the contractor, who didn't hire a single one of us. We got no severance or separation pay, and when I sued for harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination and won, Hertz insisted on paying the settlement directly to me instead of through the Court or my attorney, and took out taxes even though I had not worked for them in three years. Managers were told NOT to give any recommendations or letters of reference, and all employment verification calls were referred to Corporate, who (if they ever answered), gave answers that would ensure we wouldn't get hired anywhere, even doing the identical job for another rental car company. If Hertz was the only option for a rental car, I would rather walk on my lips!

I had a job interview last week Wednesday and everything was great. They took me on tour and everything. But when all was said and done I was asked if I was expecting. I did confirm my pregnancy and the started telling about their great maturity program for their workers. I ask them if they deny people jobs because of pregnancy and of course they give me the it will be illegal story. But yeah I got turned down a job because I'm pregnant and the sad thing is it is a hard thing to prove.

So I was working for this company and I was suppose to have a one on one trainer for 90 days, but of course that wasn’t what happened. So one day a client comes in and we’re suppose to have a double check before starting treatment and I did. But when the shiggidy hit the point the blame finger I was at fault and because I worked with clickers I was the one told your not a good fit and even asked me question in my mid month review that had leading answers so letter it was used against me. I don’t like the race card but with the 6 company the run near me I was the only piece of Carmel in the bowl, period for any position they had in their huge company. Tell me what would you have done?

I am a certified heavy equipment operator for the state of Pennsylvania, I got a job working for CCI, and never had to do stone work before. One stone looks like another to me just bigger. Anyway, the guy who I work with belittle me about everything. I never got yelled at for working over the time of quitting. He likes to work me hard and pull tricks on me. My how was JD controls today they were CAT. I mean he does anything to mess me up. I don't see what the problem is with a woman who can operate any kind of heavy equipment, some better then others. Why does these guys get away with this??? I am am there to work as a team and to go home safe to my family, not to be abused by this person What do you think I should do, I need my job, and he's married to the bosses daughter, so?????
