I believe Outback is a great place to work but da Manager's treat African Americans really bad.... They work them like slaves and treat the Caucasian ppl way better and they always threating to fire they employees if they can't do multiple job's.

I'm 16 and have had two past jobs one at six flags as a cashier and at a restaurant as a dishwasher.I keep applying to jobs but everyone keeps saying no. does anybody know a place hiring?
All I can say is they pay good and the tips are awesome you can't get tips like that from any other place on the island.
Be prepared to work alot of overtime you will do it almost everyday you work so very long hours make for Avery long and stressful day
