If you can deal with people and do the job the first time they won't have any problem with you. I am sure they can be helpful if you try to ask.

Really rely on advice from your co-workers. Do not trust Corporate loyalty. Always maintain an active and posted resume. You are not being dis-loyal by leaving for a better opportunity. They will let you go (without notice or warning) for a better opportunity when it arises.

Chaotic and very stressful. Dynamic and many items that occurred were not covered by the written Standard Operating Procedures.

August 5th 2017 I was in Meats and my lead told me to use five cans of tomato paste for a product which only had 50 lb of meat ground beef and 30 lb of noodles that's way too much tomato paste so I'll let him know that it was way too much but he told me to go ahead and use that amount because it's going to be good so I felt like that was not right so I went to my manager my manager told me that that was not right and that for me to only use two cans me and him agreed on and told me to go ahead and do it the right way then later on I get called in the office by my league at my manager at Lee get mad because I did not follow what he said so I was told that I have to give respect the respect go both ways and respect is earned not given so later on that day I did not follow the recipe cards exact because I did not I did not board the noodles like the recipe cards has stated but the only reason why I didn't boil the noodles as the recipe card States it's because our Steamer does not work and everybody was in meets trying to get their product done by using the stove and the small kettles was being occupied so I decided to put my noodles inside of my meat and boil them like that well then later on I was ass to let them see my recipe card which I did and then I get in trouble by improvising to get my product done on time and I feel like it was geared to what I had said about too much tomato paste from my league so then everything everything was said I feel like everything was left alone when we got off we had another meeting he say what he had to say Miley did and then this morning August 6th 2017 they come back my league and my manager come back saying the exact same thing and I feel like they are gearing towards me you know I feel like they messing with me they picking on me because I know better and I don't follow stuff that I know that's not right and I feel like that my union rep she says one thing to me but then when it come to push come to shove I have to stand in front of the managers then she can't what she says to me and I feel like my building manager she's gone to agree with my manager and my lead and my union rep and I don't feel like nobody hearing what I have to say he's wrong and this is not the first time he told me to do something wrong and if I challenge it and they figure out how to mess with me they find anything and everything any little thing that I do they want to say something about it like we supposed to feed the soldiers and we supposed to only give them one entree to vegetable to start just if that's what they want and bread well if I do that follow the rules then I get in trouble by it because they say something to me about it or another example is we supposed to move the soldiers is for soldiers / 2 minutes and I gets in trouble by moving the line fast trying to get the soldiers in so they can get to that can have enough time to enjoy this food I have to slow down for the other people to catch up and I don't think that's right because I'm following the rules but I get reprimanded about following the rules this is this is the reason why sometimes I don't like working for pcsi because the rules change everyday.
