I never had a customer get angry with me while i was working for dominos, i made a failing Manager angry because I couldn't make myself ruin my cat for his numbers, just being honest! My car was in need of repair desperately, come to find out my transmission was about to be on the pavement because the mount was broken And i couldn't take anymore deliverys for the day but he was pushing me to keep taking deliverys anyway because his numbers were bad all time, I'm a hard worker but i couldn't let something happen to my vehicle or I want going to be working at all, I was supposed to leave as soon as the next 5 o'clock employee came in, but instead he let that employee come in and tell him that there was to many drivers there and he was leaving and would be back later and he expected me to take his delivery despite the fact that I needed a mechanic ASAP.

I got demoted and transferred

No one ever got angry at me. We treat each other with respects and professionally.

At any job stressful situations are bound to happen you as an employee must put in your better thinking half to resolve any type of altercation. I have heard of situations like this but i was never involved in any of them im too mature i have a family to support i stick to policies and procedures.

The last time I worked for zachry the foreman wrote me up for not doing my job and tried to get me fired . He was is the wrong because I had done my job and he wanted to writ me up because another person didn't do his part and he decided to write me up because the other person was supposed to be working with me. It's not my job to babysit a full grown man and make sure he does his job.

The last time a customer got angry with me it was all over how I was bagging their merchandise. They had several different types of light bulbs spread out on the belt and I was trying to get them together in one bag and double bag them to keep them from getting broken and the gentlemen didn't like how I was doing things and got in my face and came around the register and started snatching things out of my hands. When the manager came over of course it was all My fault and the other way around. The manager told me to take a walk and calm down and I went and grabbed a bottle of water and went back to my job.

Post Captain Tim Parham called me over to the Post the Monday after Thanksgiving and told me I was to much SECURITY I was not working at Walnut Cove or High Carolina any longer and he was going to put me on 3 months probation and that was was It. No more Mr Security. I said Oh Okay. I will just give you my Notice and I will retire again January 3th.. I did and then moved down here to Florida. But Loved my job until the.
