The biggest mistake was not to my job seriously because i thought that just because my blood brother the owner he would never throw me to the bench. ...well i noticed you cant mix work and family 75% it neverworks because us workers and my brother ass my boss you cant mix bisness with pleasure ....so my biggest mistake was taking him and job for granted if your reading this carnal im sorry and hopefully your empire keeps expanding....

I would simply tell them if its gonna get you by then go for it because the bills are not gonna pay themselves just work hard show improvement first week because there alot of jeaulous workers.....
