Flexibility! Can schedule projects according to your lifestyle. Pay and getting a raise is absolutely worthless. Not steady work, 1 week on 1 off, 3 months off during winter, then slammed to where you almost need to spend the night in the store to finish your projects. Love doing what I do, easier to understand than most Merchandising companies. Good question tho...why do I stay 🤔

Work your own hours the negative thing is you being work asap and schedules coming in so othen I myself could not keep up with trying to learn before a job was posted , I got called my first day to a job site no time to look a what was expected ,the training person want to do everything on there end ,this person all about learning ,however if I could get the time for oration that was given to be that driveline person ,then the problem was not for me to work in such a place . I not going to drive from to place to other ,meaning county to county , job was set your own schedule your own hour work when you want. Top it off if your new to many places you may want to think twice before experience such jobs. This one I love to go back to back I was promised to be in one location . Hello read rules before applying for such jobs.

It's flexible, managed time better, made communication skill better. Made my own schedule, what's not to love about driveline!

I enjoy working for Driveline. Good pay, hours, schedule etc. Good people to work for.

I was able to choose my hours the job wasn't really that hard I quit because of not having reliable transportation

I started working for Driveline in 2005. It was an ideal job to have while my children were in school. I dropped my kids off at school and then worked my projects and was back at school by 3:30. I enjoyed the flexibility of my schedule. I wasn't expected to work weekends. I have moved 3 times to new citys and states and have always just been transferred to new district.

Had flexible work schedule. Easy to report jobs on line. Had weekend off to spend with kids

I work for Driveline but i want another job thats similar but that would provide me a vehicle being that my car seem to want to do what it want to do. I use to work at Faurecia Automotive. Basically are there any jobs that i can work and still maintain paying for 6 kids mouths.
