Don't expect support or communication from management. Also pay is low, very limited benefits, and some questionable labor practices.
Belief that I was cared about, would receive support to reach career goals, and would be corrected & given warning and opportunity to correct any problems or deficiencies to improve my job performance (there was no communication or suppory).
Just be yourself it get real busy at times but if you keep your cool you'll be ok.
One of my pancakes wasn't done I was so hurt about that.
