To #LANDajob I would tell my best friend to... #SweetenCPA

I would not recommend it.

No one communicated with me. If my manager was angry she would just ignore me, or if I was seeking information related to work or communicating problems going on in my department I was similarly ignored & resented.

I enjoyed working with clients and co-workers were mostly great people.

My advice to people interested in working at #SweetenCPA as a #E-fileSpecialist&ClientServices ...

Don't expect support or communication from management. Also pay is low, very limited benefits, and some questionable labor practices.

The biggest mistake I made as a #E-fileSpecialist&ClientServices at #SweetenCPA ...

Belief that I was cared about, would receive support to reach career goals, and would be corrected & given warning and opportunity to correct any problems or deficiencies to improve my job performance (there was no communication or suppory).
