They dont care about employees. Supervisor lack experience, for example a supervisor with an accounting degree runs the production floor which intails cnc machines and with workshop environment. Hr dont know what employees do on the production floor and provide them with low wages. This company dont value their people.

Taking passion in my job which created an accident and got terminated. This was done without any verbal warning, or be written up. With no bad record under my name and following all the company policies.

Nothing! They treat their employees unfair and offer low wage for multiple jobs function. Management lack experience and hr lack vision.

The biggest mistake I made was believing the upper management when they said that safety is they're primary concern. When issues of significant problems are brought to upper managements attention it comes down to money, but if someone scratches themselves on some plastic banding we have to wear Kevlar gloves and sleeves to prevent scratches. Wouldn't it be wiser to prevent things like long term injuries than short term injuries?
