None at all. The only mistake I did was not getting on time to work due to traffic jam and a big earthquake a day.

The most stressfull day I had was receiving calls from angry clients due to that did not received their money promptly; but I could handle the call without answering back in a rude way and the problem was solved.

I just paid no attention to him or her. Took a big breath and continued with the issue of the call.
