You need to be quick learner and like to work at a fast pace during holidays. Wear very comfortable shoes because you're on your feet all day. It will be a great experience for anyone.

Our most stressful time of year I would say is Valentine's day. There are so many orders that we sometimes had to work really late the day before and come in really early the day of Valentine's.

I had a great boss and great team members. Everyone worked well together. I liked training the new team members. It was a fast paced inviornment and at the end of the day to see what we would accomplish was very satisfying . It made me proud to be a part of the team.

We never had any problems with anyone, everyone really enjoyed our arrangements.

My advice to people interested in working at #EdibleArrangements as a #Cashier/foodprep(fruitexpert)/TeamMember ...
The job is not hard, and most of the other workers are very nice and good at their jobs, however there is a limited amount of worker so taking time off can sometimes be challenging because there is not always enough people to cover your shift. Also holidays with family is pretty much non-existent because you prep for the holiday the week before and the entire week of, from very early in the morning until later in the night, which I has not aware of that extreme when I was hired.

Mothers day was crazy, the company brought in temp drivers for the day, trying get my orders organized with rookies taking wrong ytickrts and orders major slow down for day.

I enjoyed bringing happiness to people.either at home or where they worked..

Working for both the owners of Mooresville and Huntersville location was a great experience, they are the best people one could ever work with. They are friendly, proffesional, and very nice people to work for.. There's always something new to learn . And the fruit is always fresh.
