My most stressful day at TCCD was January 13th when 10 additional students were added to my class without notice

It was always a pleasure working at Cornell as a Program Educator for the approximately 4 yrs I was there. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. I especially appreciated the fact that Cornell allowed me to be very flexible with my scheduling for assignments.

I have been in the workforce since I was 15 (now 33), but have not achieved sustained full-time employment for more than a year. I was let go in December with no warning, severance, or anything. My supervisor said he would be happy to give me a good recommendation anywhere.
Here's the problem: I'm severely overeducated and underexperienced for everything. I have a B.S. in Marketing, a paralegal certificate, and an M.Ed (obtained in that order). I've worked retail, restaurant, been a tutor, a substitute teacher, full-time math teacher, worked in government offices in a law context. But nothing that clearly qualifies me for anything, and I didn't really feel like anything fit me.
I'm not even getting interviews for positions I am interested in and think are a good fit. The couple of interviews I've had were for jobs I didn't really want, and they didn't go well. I will soon run out of unemployment, and don't know what else to do.

I worked for 20 years at the school. I was bullied and harassed and she was always Nick picking. I had to resign because I wasn’t taking it no more. I lost my early retirement because I was stressing out and started having panic attacks I told Human Resources but they didn’t care. She still works at the School.Karma will get her soon.God in control.

I really loved and enjoyed working at Global kids because the management is very helpful and friendly as well as the co-vietnamese teacher. They treated their teachers very well and the we all worked as a team that I loved the most.

Everything, Honestly, the only place of employment that I wanted to retire from. With, the sincerest appreciation for all the pleasant memories and the knowledge to last a lifetime. Thank You, CCBC! I would accept any offer of re-employment until the end of my working years.

I love what the job represents and how we help public school students but the people in charge are unprofessional and un fair. Also no adult could live off what is paid.

The value of Good work ethics. I also learned that there are good people out there

LOVE it when a teacher needs help whenever they need to miss a day of work for some reason. Plus students who ARE there to Learn and NOT just play around. EDUCATION IS IMPORTANT!!!

My advice to people interested in working at #PublicSchoolsofRobesonCounty as a #6thGradeMathTeacher ...
Do not go there!!! I was there for 15 1/2 years, and I became a very detached and unmotivated teacher when I used to be the BEST!!! I became VERY drained because I felt as if no one cared about my students or me, the teacher. I felt I had to leave because the ship was sinking. I miss my students, and it was a very difficult time for me when I left. I had to keep my sanity!
