My advice to anyone wanting to work with this Company is that: The person should be:
- Dynamic and passionate
- have the ability to share ideas and accept faults
- willing to learn and teach others
- have love for others and a good team spirit
The biggest mistake I made was on an estimate for an installation work. Actually while putting up the estimate, instead for me to over estimate, I under estimated the building and this made me to have shortage of materials. This was really the biggest mistake for it affected the duration of which I was suppose to finish the work.
Work hard, be honest, and just respect the people you work with and work for and they will do the same for you. Go to work to work and not socialize and you will be just fine.
