My advice to anyone wanting to work with this Company is that: The person should be:

• Dynamic and passionate
• have the ability to share ideas and accept faults
• willing to learn and teach others
• have love for others and a good team spirit

The biggest mistake I made was on an estimate for an installation work. Actually while putting up the estimate, instead for me to over estimate, I under estimated the building and this made me to have shortage of materials. This was really the biggest mistake for it affected the duration of which I was suppose to finish the work.

The most stressful day was when I was asked to go past cables through conduit pipes in a building that the piping was done by another electrical team. It was not easy for my team and I to identify the electrical plan and even to allocate the various junction and distribution boxes. Even by pulling cableso through the conduit pipes was very stressful because some of the pipes were blocked and I have to do some chilling. In fact that was my most stressful day at the company.

A customer got angry will me when he past a night in darkness after I have finished my installation work. It happened that while working the main current supply breaker was off,and from when the work got finished the was no current for me to check the work up till closing hour. When the current latter came, unfortunately it was off working hours that I couldn't help. The customer got angry with me knowing that I have finished the work but still no light.Despite I was confident with the work done, I didn't asked him to switch on the breaker because it's off the ethics of the proffersion. So I asked him to be patient for I have to past the next day put on the breaker and do the checking.

Actually I love working in this Company because the workers are:
