Elgin Community College is an enjoyable organisation you can like to work in,but you also need to be very strong and genius because it is also challenging and there will be also days you will need to work under pressure.

I was once lost the track of critical order for office supplies and misplace documents.But in all of that , I did not psyche myself out, I just kept my cool and resolve the situation successfully.

When my boss gave me 30 file to check,and have to do payments and requisition also relief at reception offices at the same time. I was really loosing my fur because of the stress and pressure I was under, but I was willing to do anything for the organisation, I just pulled up my socks and do as I told.

A student did not find all of her work in the file, then came with anger to ask me and shouted at me, but it takes a lot to irritate me , I do not get angry easily,I stood back , take a deep breath and think of a solution right away.

What I most appreciated about Elgin Community College was the dedication to internal growth.On a day-to-day basis there was a sense that we were working towards a grand, achievable visions and make them to be reality.Everybody's opinions matters to everyone else's whatever level you were. Working with people everyday to overcome obstacles.
