Be prepared to work hard and pay attention to whomever is teaching you what to do. Be safe at all times , so thst you protect yourself ad well ad your co workers !!

The biggest mistake i made was leaving someone in charge while i stepped away that was not capable of running the mixer

Stressful, because the work had to be redone and that process was interrupted by a fire drill and someone getting sick

Never had that experience
