When the new general manager took over at the hotel, he gave all the housekeepers and incentive to work towards to make things better for us housekeepers and to keep us at the job instead of quitting. Every Thursday when we had our meetings at 11:00 in the morning we would get a brunch. We also got bonuses at the end of the month for how great of a job we did with our rooms.
