Now that that dispatcher is no longer at the job you will find that working for Empire Towing is a great experience again saul who is new dispatcher is a very good man and the bosses are even better I must tell you if you love helping people you will love this job respectfully ronaldsnyder

My biggest mistake while working at Empire State Towing was when my dispatcher is overwhelmed and is deceitful I should have spoken to my supervisors instead of my dispatcher instead I let my dispatcher handle the problem and the problem got worse but let me explain something that is my mistake because all I had to do was pick up the phone and call my boss my supervisors and things would have been a different they would have been a different outcome

When one of your co-workers to not like you and they're dishonest tensions can get a little overwhelming but through the grace of God things work out because when you do right by people people will do right by you

The only drama is when the dispatcher gets overwhelmed with a lot of calls it's common in tow truck dispatchers but at the end of the day there is no anger just a lot of grateful people that you've helped get home safely and co-workers who love their job

The owner John is a very fair respectful man who will do anything to help his workers most important when I was in the jam he helped me immediately he has an open door policy which I respect so much a great company to work for I miss it very much and wish I could go back there I relocated to Stamford Connecticut and he is a great person to work for so if he ever has a job opening take my advice try and apply for the job because you will be a very happy person and if you love Towing vehicles and helping people that company is a great company to work for respectfully ronaldsnyder
