The biggest mistake I made was actually staying and working for them for 2 years. The very first day I heard yelling and cussing from one shift manager to another shift manager. The very same day I heard shift managers yelling and cussing at a customer and the customer sort of throw their coffee at them. You won't always please everyone that comes in the store. I've been called every name in the insult book and here in Austin Texas customers can come up some interesting insults so that's always a plus or a laugh for later

Honestly dunkin is a good semi decent place to work at. It's really up to you on how well or how far you wanna go by it's a franchise. The franchise that I worked for in Austin Texas is completely full of snakes backstabbers and generally horrible disgusting rude liars that shouldn't ever be near food for the public. They run their stores to the ground and accuse their own employees of theft. I was accussed 3x of stealing the 2 years I had worked there. I don't steal especially it wouldn't make sense to stay around even if I did. I couldn't even steal a simple 99 cents chapstick from Walmart. I noticed I had one in my bag that I didn't purchase and I brought it back and the cashier looked at me like I was crazy for bringing it back. Anyways went off on a tangent there haha my experience at the franchise in Austin Texas was horrible and I wouldn't ever choose to work for this Co ever again. Nothing will or ever change with that place and I hope you don't ever have to deal with the issues I went thru with dunkin donuts
