My first day as a #Extrugearoperator. at #O.e.mcomponentsinc. : What I'd do differently

I wouldnt change anything.it was perfect i was in my own section in charge of the mesh press area...completed the night finishing all production for the night..next day boss came in he gave me An other dollar to my pay..
