Supportive family type management. Problems quickly and happily resolved. Questions regarding product availability or incoming orders rapidly answered for customers. A happy place to be! (1989 to 1999)

The day a customer smeared FECES all over wall, restroom booth and toilet in women's restroom at the store. I was asked to do clean up. I was reluctant to do so but replied I was not hired for this duty and was not wishing to lose my job, however!!!...my supervisor agreed and took it upon herself to clean it herself. No problem. I was so relelved to get this support and back up of my position.

Talked to identify and resolve problem/shortage. Tried to find additional product substitution. Looked up when product was ordered and shipping address. Followed through with customer return phone call request re: product.Gave my name in case of problems. Tried to leave them with a smile and good feelings...
