Went a interview told person interviewing me I had a felony from 4 years ago at end of interview he said welcome aboard gave me a start date and time . Then was told to go to website where filled out app and follow steps one was consent for background check after background check was done and sent to dhl. Had to do drug test no big deal they wanted me to go to Liam oh. I don't drive called them they said no problem stop in. In the morning went there went to H.R same person that hired me got on his computer and said oh I'm sorry we can't employ you. You have felony from 4 years . But on the way out he let me know I could reapply in 3 years. This company wasted 2 weeks of job hunting when they where told up front about felony. THANKS DHL

I'm having a hard time finding a job because these jobs are discriminating felons now I have the work experience and machine operating CNC operator manual Mills once they find out I have a felony that is 8 years old I don't hear from him no more some jobs will call me back offering me 8.50 an hour my work history and what I know what I'm worth pay at least $16 and up I don't know what to do I feel like some of these jobs I can sue but I don't know how to go about it.
