It is a great company and it is lucky who can work in that place.

I am in search of a job where my skills as financial analyst, project management and other skills can be put to use. I have had difficulty getting an interview with the numerous organizations I have applied to. I am 57 years old. I am wondering if that is having an effect. Does anyone have any thoughts or advice?

I have a BS in History and a MS in Organizational Leadership. In the past 4 yrs I have worked(3) as a financial analyst and (1) in financial services. I have a limited securities license, Series 6. I am not getting past jobs that require a BS in any financial discipline. In addition, due to my advanced degree field and work as an analyst, it has been suggested to me to look at entry level consulting jobs at smaller firms. Any thoughts? Thank you.
