I would tell them that if you want to be around good people, then work for Fleming bros. Its hard work but has its rewards. The boss at Fleming bros is one of the best bosses I had so far.

I made mistakes at work. Not big but not a lot either.I think the biggest mistake was when I did not call in to tell them I quit.Made me feel bad because I left my boss in the cold with one less worker and a lot of work to do.My old boss at Fleming bros is a real good guy and he just didn't need that kind of nonsense.

A co-worker got angry at me,starts belittling me in front of the customers, letting the customers know who's in charge, almost hitting me with a lawnmower. And being the person I am , I ignored him all day. Then after an hour more of it ,I finally told him off.He tells the boss I tried to fight him. Which I would never do. Why fight the bosses relative? After we got done putting everything away I go right up to him and apologize.

The most stressful day was when it was almost 102 degrees out.Hot, humid by 11 am . Half the workers didn't show up. Everyone was quiet, angry at coworkers. Truck over heats ... stressful .

Every morning all us workers joked, laughed drank coffee before work. But when it was time for work,we all got busy.

It was a really good job.It was not hard to stay motivated. We all kept very busy. What motivated me most was the way everyone got along as a team.
