If you like to be understaffed, under lots of pressure, have no creativity in your lesson planning, then this is the place for you. We have not been fully staffed since I started. Some days I can't even have my full lunch break. Not flexible with appointments, hardly any sick time, very few benefits, ect.

Quitting. I quit because I started on first but went to second because there was a big opportunity for me and a big pay change but with having children and a family it just didnt work for me on second.

I would tell them not to slack. It’s a really important to take it seriously. Working at a daycare isn’t easy & you even have to take classes for it.

If I could change one thing as a floater it would be the running around like a chicken with my head cut off and being placed somewhere i don't want to be placed at.
