Most of the stress put on you at the Department of Corrections comes from the staff in which you work.

When I started working at the DC in 1991 it was a great job. When I retired it had became to political and dog eat dog.

The clients(Offender).....I would talk to a lot if them about bettering their situation . Some would come back and tell how much they've achieve on & off supervision.
