I have been trying to get my 1099-G for last year since March of this year from the Florida DEO- no form. Asked for it to be both emailed to me and snail-mailed to me- no form. I do not have access to it through my DEO account- I can log in and report my job search, but no link to the forms. I contacted my local political rep, who said that they would help, but what the did was send me the link to a form to request my 1099-G. I had already filled out this form 2 times, but filled it out again- no form. I did file my taxes with the deposit records from the card that DEO puts my unemployment on and did not owe any taxes on the monies collected, but I am afraid that I will be audited because of the lack of the form.
