Stay to yourself and don’t get involved with upper management if it isn’t necessary to do so.

The stress was when we changed plant managers on a bi-yearly basis. Once we got one, my immediately supervisor would tell lies about me that were untrue.

Unfortunately I trusted upper management and when they asked me to call them anytime, I did if the situation warranted.

It was a fast paced company that challenged me to do my best. They saw my potential and hired me even though at that time was not on my best behavior.
