When I worked with the Focus Learning Academy I felt I was able to make a difference with students who where often lost in the mix. The student demographic I worked with where students who often didn't have the support they needed in their academics to be successful. I helped give them these tools and some of my students went on to work in different jobs in the field of science. It was a very rewarding job.
I enjoyed working at home office. Billing hospital claims, outpatient therapy claims. Following up on unpaid claims. Making sure claims are paid accurately. Doing collection work on any unpaid claims. On unpaid patients balances worked out arrangements with patient if balance couldn’t be paid in full. Dealt with each facility staff if insurance information was incorrectly a question about the patient charges. Posted all cash receipts and balances to deposits for each facility. Sent out monthly statements to patients. Responsible for doing month end processing. Worked with accountant to finish month end. Also responsible for year end closing. Worked on a tight schedule to get everything billed and posted for each facility. If we were expecting money from an intermediary and didn’t receive the money I was expected to contact the intermediary and resolve the issue to get the funds. Worked closely with CEO of facility if he had any questions regarding billing.
I'm new to this how do I stay encouraged to keep focus .
Need a job? Great now do your home work. A good job placement takes effort . Polish that resume, post on reputable sites that will work in your skill set and give you options. Looking for work is a selling exersize in selling yourself. With a poor or dismal marketing plan, your not going to get calls. Presentation and multiple postings on different web sites and good ol fasion Foot work is what it will take. Get off your duff and do the work and you will earn the PRIVILEGE to work. It's not a right! You have to earn it !
KNOW WHEN IT'S TIME, TO MAKE A CHANGE:
I went to a building I did not design, work with people I did not know, managed projects I did not like, then, put in 10-12 hours of work that didn't support my dream. At the end of the month I scraped underneath my car seats to find some coins to purchase a box of cereal. That's when I realized it was time to change.
Today, people on a global scale are inundated with seen and unseen episodes in their lives, especially trying to climb the corporate ladder in America. Sometimes, we're almost to the top, then, someone pulls the red carpet from underneath our feet.

Always make time for YOURSELF and "do things that make sense." Know when it's time, to make a change.

Many people can offer you advice but it's up to you to knowledge it and a lot of times the right advice is over looked because of our situations so no matter what you're worries are stay positive and allow yourself to focus on what's around you because you could be missing out stay blessed and keep your faith we all we got
Focusing on the work
I heard a speaker over the weekend talk about how our perspective changes our frame of mind. For instance when you look at the picture below, are you focused on the bright sun and blue sky or are you looking at the clouds creeping in? Our mindset is the same way, we choose to find the positive in things or we look at all that is going wrong.
