I felt proud to work for #Sunny Street Cafe to serve our guest.

Sunny Street Cafe was okay. The hours was great because they didn't serve dinner and at the latest, you were done by 4:30pm. So you had a good part of the day to enjoy. The employees were friendly and helpful to the new people coming in. But management on the other hand were not. This was a example of people with no restaurant experience thinking running a restaurant is easy cause that is the way it looked on TV. They would hire restaurant managers with experience but micro manage them instead of letting them do their job.

I heard a speaker over the weekend talk about how our perspective changes our frame of mind. For instance when you look at the picture below, are you focused on the bright sun and blue sky or are you looking at the clouds creeping in? Our mindset is the same way, we choose to find the positive in things or we look at all that is going wrong. I am choosing to find the positive. #inspired #positive #thinking #mindset #sunny #clouds #blue #focus
