I wouldn't suggest it monetarily as a means to support yourself. Only as a supplemental income. There have been several occasions were I have gone into work expecting to see power zones with additional zone pay per delivery, but when everything was said and done, I would get a much smaller amt. on my zone pay than what was promised, and a few times when I didn't receive the bonus pay that was promised, at all. I just invested in a newer model pre-owned vehicle about 2 months ago so I would have reliable transportation. When I bought it, it had 28,000 miles on it, and ran very well. It now has 40,000 miles on it, and needs a new transmission. Although I do like the idea of a flexible schedule, I am discovering that almost 1/2 of what I make goes to pay for gas.
