My advice is to make sure that if you buy stocks to get a slip every pay check so you wont be a victim of a big company like i was they are a bunch of thiefs

The biggest mistake I made was the serving platter and the positioning off the beef or pork on the dish

I would suggest you run in the opposite direction, run fast and far away. I work at BP refineries cafeteria, the manager is rude to everyone and snobby. You know that it's a problem when the BP employees make comments like ( Good luck today, I see she's in a mood again.) The sad part is that AVI knows this and they let her continue to run amuck. What manager walks into a kitchen in the morning, most of her employees are present and she won't even say good morning to the group? Ever! I think that AVI should visit their sites and talk to the employees that make it happen everyday, so they can find out what's really going on with the managers.
