This property is great for an entry level property management employee, but someone with experience will clearly see there is a problem with delegation of task. The manager fears the assistant manager and it will always be this way. The majority of work is, and will be done by the leasing department. Good luck!

I was brought into an office and questioned as if I had committed a crime and was about to go to jail. I felt as if I was being interrogated, the assistant manager runs the office and the manager follows suit. This occurred on several occasions. However they have very pleasant personalities as first impressions.

I was recorded by a coworker when asked my feelings about how I had been treated, and in return the recording was played back to the manager and I was questioned about my personal feelings. The management is extremely inexperienced, very messy, power hungry and lazy.

I did most of the work and in return was blamed for most of the mistakes , while the manager and assistant manager made the accusations. I was not trained and was not able to properly login and perform my job until 1 month in.

I got hired because I was highly referred in the apartment world and I had 3 years of experience in leasing.
