When we had 300 golfers from out of state. We served breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as running golf carts with drinks and snacks on golf course. We were on time limits getting everybody fed and on golf course for their tee off.

A co-worker was 30 minutes late for work and I sent her back home for the day. Rule was if you have ligament reason and called, and did not make habit of being late I would consider what to do. She was out late the night before and didn't hear the alarm. Explained that when one was not on time or didn't come in it made it hard on all team members.

I loved the members of the Country Club and golfers who came from other states to play golf. I put together a crew that became team members; our goal was to be the best in the county. Our special functions were outstanding and our nightly dinners were inviting which caused our reputation to be known as excellent in service and food.
