I finally received an email from Frito Lays saying I got the job. I’m so happy. I really need this.

How long does Frito Lay take to let a prospective employee know if they are considered for employment after the 2nd interview?

Frito lay was an amazing place to work for about 6 years. In April 2017 my area moved it's pay structure in to the pay for performance pay method as aposed to the commission based pay it was before. After this happened I absolutely hated my job. I was working 60-70 hours for $300 a week. I was exceeding prior years sales but not to the expectation of my employer and because of the new pay structure I had to pay the company back money. Went from making 60k a year to barely minimum wage. Company really took focus away from it's employees.

I worked there for almost 18 years and the only thing I would change is the way the company didn't give people enough time off for their families.

It's decent money, temporarily. You have to have an escape plan. They do not care about the people. Everyone that worked in the warehouse longer than 5 years have had serious medical issues. Shoulder, knees, for, lungs collapsing, hands, wrist

The pay was decent $18.52 I New Orleans

i am looking for a pt position i will give my all and do what is expect of me.

Stay away. The training I received was barely adequate and the training budget has been cut twice since I was hired.
