Good place to work fun job great people and good opportunitys

No I don't think the employees at Gander Mountain respect each other that is one of the reasons I put in my 2 weeks was because one of the managers there was very rude to me and picked on me for not knowing how to lock the doors properly when I had never been shown how to do it

Gander Mountain was a wonderful company to work for. The management cared about the employees and the coworkers were proffesional. The clients were always friendly and enjoyed the shopping experience.
